STUDIO ATMOS
STUDIO ATMOS — MULHOUSE

A video studio run by two people, not an org chart

Studio Atmos is Mathieu and Gwenaëlle: a two-person team that shoots, edits and publishes every video between Mulhouse, Basel and Freiburg im Breisgau, with no subcontracting and no junior hand-off between your brief and the final upload.

THE TEAM

A strategist who steps in front of the camera, an editor who shapes the story

For five years, Mathieu Cichocki and Gwenaëlle Hiniger have been building Studio Atmos together — no third partner, no rotating crew depending on the job.

Mathieu handles strategy and filming: he takes the brief, frames the shots, and steps in front of the camera himself when a human face serves the message better than a voiceover. Gwenaëlle handles editing and art direction: she shapes the pacing, decides what stays and what gets cut, and sets the visual identity of each project.

It's not a frictionless partnership — five years of working together also means disagreements over a frame or an edit choice. But it does mean no outside hand ever touches your project between the brief and the moment it goes live.

THE APPROACH

One point of contact, from brief to publication

You won't get passed from a salesperson to a project manager to an editor you'll never actually meet. At Studio Atmos, the person who takes your brief is the same person who signs off on the final edit with you.

That continuity changes the nature of the conversation: fewer status calls to repeat yourself on, fewer back-and-forths re-explaining the context of your business, and more time spent on what actually matters — the content itself. Our Essentiel, Growth and Custom offers are all built on this same principle, regardless of how many videos we're producing each month.

You can browse our recent work to see what that continuity looks like in practice, project by project.

THE TERRITORY

The Mulhouse–Basel–Lörrach triangle, a place we live in rather than a service radius

Alsace, Switzerland, Germany: Studio Atmos works across the Mulhouse–Basel–Lörrach–Saint-Louis triangle because that's where we live, not because a coverage map says we should.

That proximity means fluent working German on set, a real understanding of business norms on each side of the border, and travel times that never eat into a shooting schedule. In practice, it means a presence in Mulhouse and Colmar that feels just as natural as a trip to Basel, Lörrach or Weil am Rhein, without cross-border logistics ever turning into a negotiation.

Few agencies cover this area bilingually in French and German. That's exactly where Studio Atmos operates every day.

HOW WE WORK

Transparent about what works, selective about who we take on

We never pitch Studio Atmos as the right fit for every business. Some industries, some formats, some requests simply don't match how we work — and we say so before signing, not after.

That selectivity cuts both ways: we choose to work with clients where the collaboration makes sense over time, and we accept being turned down when our approach isn't the right match for a need. That honesty comes with a professional framework applied consistently: handling image-rights release forms is part of every project, with no extra fee to negotiate and no paperwork forgotten mid-shoot.
