E-Cars Concept is a French car sales franchise network built on a "phygital" model: vehicles are presented to customers through photo, video and virtual tours, with no showroom to visit and no stock to maintain. For this kind of agency, a poorly produced video isn't a cosmetic issue — it's directly what stops or enables a sale, since there's nothing else to show the customer before the buying decision.
